OISC Level 2 - November

Our OISC Level 2 Training is designed to not only teach you the required knowledge to pass the OISC competence assessments, but also to teach you the skills and techniques to help further your career in immigration law.

Content Covered

Our OISC Level 2 Training covers the following topics:

1.  A comprehensive insight into intermediate immigration law.
2.  In-depth training in the following aspects of UK Immigration law:
   • The immigration rules and leave outside of the rules.
   • Asylum/human rights applications.
   • Rights of challenge and appeals to the First-tier tribunal (IAC).
   • Article 8 ECHR.
   • Detention and Bail.

All of our course delegates are provided with an opportunity, on the day, to practise past OISC competence assessment questions to hone their technique and knowledge.

OISC Training Material

The OISC Level 2 Training comes with a training e-manual, containing up-to-date information for the relevant course. This OISC Course handbook can be used in the OISC competence assessment, and can be a handy toolkit throughout your immigration career.

Who teaches the course?

Our Course trainer is Oliver. Oliver is an expert in immigration law and has been registered with the OISC at Level 3 for over 13 years.
