- Directors of existing businesses who want to expand into offering immigration law advice and services (such as recruitment agencies, accountancy practices or global mobility firms).
- Employees of charities who want to become OISC accredited so that they can support asylum seekers or others requiring immigration law advice.
Are there any other requirements for the OISC Level 1 course?
You’ll need to remember the following points:

- Fundamentally, it is important to have a good grasp of the English language and be able to easily listen to presentations given by our tutors, even though you’ll be reassured to know that our tutors are easy to understand.
- Our courses are Live Online courses, so you’ll need to make sure you’re free on the day of our OISC Level 1 course. You’ll also need to make sure that you have a working camera and microphone, so that you can participate during the OISC course. Check here for our upcoming OISC courses.
- Our OISC Level 1 course costs £200.00 at the time of writing. Included in this price is our OISC course handbook and audio recordings of the OISC Level 1 course.
At the end of completing our OISC Level 1 course, delegates receive a certificate from Pacific Legal Training, which is valid for 12 months. This is necessary in order to apply for OISC accreditation.
